Our Corporate Services Group offers a robust Corporate Repurchase Program that provides best-in-class executions while complying with 10b-18 requirements. The SEC’s Rule 10b-18 provides issuers with a safe harbor against specific liability for manipulation as long as they repurchase their own common stock in the market following specific rules, including timing, price, and volume conditions. Our team will design a custom repurchase plan unique to your needs that includes a comprehensive analysis of stock volatility, liquidity, and recommendations of optimal trading strategies. Our Corporate Service Group compiles pre-trade, post-trade, and real-time analysis of buy-back execution via proprietary transaction cost analysis (TCA) product, including historical evaluation of other brokers. In addition, our team includes investment professionals that have a deep understanding of equity market structure. These professionals understand how rapidly evolving changes in market structure will impact your buy-back strategy. For insight related to institutional trading activity, Penserra Securities will provide thorough research and commentary to Investor Relations Officers, Treasurers and CFOs.
